So, yesterday sucked about as bad as I thought it would. I'm sure everyone feels about the same way. Pretty sure I heard one of my athletes say they hated me in the middle of the workout. That's what I'm here for! You guys rocked it as always though. We all know we are gonna see a sick and twisted version of "Fran" in the Open in one way or another, so might as well learn to embrace the suck. Anyway, good work, and here's today's workout!

Obviously, not as much reading material, but everyone was doing the same stuff anyway. And, it gives me a little more time to write for fun. The High Hang Power Cleans are set up to be increasing in weight. Work up to a heavy set without dropping the bar. Do work!
