Greetings, all. Happy Friday! Big day for lifting today. Gotta love it! The weight is getting heavier, and we are getting stronger. I expect my bench to be around 1000lbs after this cycle, so I'm gonna keep pushing hard. Here are today's activities!
Warm-up:

Mobility:
Lax Ball to Front of Shoulder - 1min/side
Shoulder Mash - 1min/side
Super Quad Stretch - 1min/leg
Roll Hams/Glutes - 1min/leg
Squat Cycle:
80% + 20lbs from last week's set - 7x5
Bench Cycle:
80% + 15lbs from first week's set - 8x4
WOD:

1min Toes to Bar
1min Burpees
1min DU's
1min Rest
