Mobility:
Roll Quads - 1min/leg
Roll Hams/Glutes - 1min/leg
Roll Calves - 1min/leg
Butterfly Stretch - 1min
Lax Ball Front/Back of Shoulders - 1min/section
Roll Lats - 1min/side
No WOD today. Just relax and loosen up. Had some good WOD's this week. Prepare to hit it hard tomorrow!
