Day 48

I have a lot of homework for my internship to do today, so here is what's going on today. I'll write more next time!

Warm-up:

5 Rollover to V-Sit
5 Dislocates
5 Barbell Rollouts
5 Barbell Rows

Mobility:
Roll Quads - 1min/side
Roll T-Spine - 1min
Butterfly Stretch - 1min

WOD:
4RFT
15 Pull-ups
15 KB Swings (55/35)
15 OHS (95/65)
